    Stahlin Ordering System & Nomenclature

    When browsing through the Stahlin website you will note many references to our ordering system nomenclature. The chart to the right illustrates how to prepare the desired enclosures Catalog Number.

    Family ID: A Stahlin product grouping reference to design and manufacturing characteristics.

    Size ID: A number used to identify a specific size within a product family.

    Configuration ID: A letter or number (and sometimes both) indentifing a uniquely specified build of a product family.

    Family ID: CL -- which represents the Stahlin Enclosure Product Family the "Classics".

    Size ID: 707 which represents one of the Classic enclosures overall outside size of 6.65 x 6.65 x 4.84 (inches).

    Configuration Suffix: W which represents a 4 Cover Screws, Lift Off Cover configuration.
